Finance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Finance Manager to work full-time remotely, who will manage financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and controllership activities while providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute consolidated financial performance reports and management reporting packages, analyzing key trends and variances
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with business leaders to develop accurate financial projections
• Oversee the monthly close process, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements while maintaining strong financial controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7-10 years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance experience
• 1-2 years of experience leading and developing finance teams
• Proven experience managing the budget, forecast, and financial reporting cycle for a business unit or organization
• Strong experience in preparing executive-level financial reporting and performance analysis
