Job Summary
To support enterprise transformation investments, the full-time remote Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization will evaluate investment requests, establish financial governance routines, and develop financial models while partnering with various teams to ensure financial discipline and value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate transformation investment requests and review financial assumptions, risks, and return profiles
- Establish standardized financial governance routines for performance monitoring and investment tradeoff decisions
- Develop financial models and executive summaries that highlight portfolio performance and decision points
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- CPA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams or individual contributors
- Experience developing business cases and financial models for transformation programs
