Job Summary
Leading financial planning and analysis for an assigned sales territory, the full-time remote Finance Manager will serve as a senior finance partner to sales leadership, manage forecasting and budgeting processes, and provide insights that drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the senior finance partner to sales leadership, providing financial guidance and presenting results to senior audiences
- Own the annual plan and quarterly forecasts, reconciling backlog and assessing inventory positions to inform budgeting
- Mentor and develop analysts supporting the territory, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ownership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance, including mentoring junior team members
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including experience with financial modeling
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted tools to improve team efficiency
