Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Ancillary Services Finance Manager will manage financial performance analytics, lead forecasting and budgeting activities, and deliver executive reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the finance subject matter expert for ancillary service lines, developing analytical frameworks and reporting models
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities focused on profitability and volume drivers while partnering with stakeholders
- Deliver executive-ready reporting packages that summarize performance and provide strategic insights to leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS or similar) in finance or analytics preferred
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics within a large organization
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and financial systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- CPA or CFA designation is a plus
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at various leadership levels
