Job Summary
To support a growing medical oncology business, the full-time salaried Finance Manager will manage financial performance analytics, lead forecasting and budgeting activities, and deliver executive reporting to enhance decision-making in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the finance subject matter expert and own the analytical framework for measuring financial performance
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities, focusing on clinical operating costs and staffing management
- Deliver executive-ready reporting packages that summarize performance and highlight risks and opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS or similar) preferred
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics in a large organization
- CPA or CFA designation is a plus
- Expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and financial systems like Workday or SAP
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and present to various leadership levels
