Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Finance Manager will own the operating model and planning cycle, partner with functional leaders, and build financial cases for new opportunities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the driver-based operating model and manage the annual budget and long-range planning process
- Build financial models for new products and evaluate market opportunities, including capital commitment and return profiles
- Lead monthly business reviews and translate financial results into actionable business insights for executives
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, or strategic finance at a high-growth company
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative field
- Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based models and GAAP knowledge
- Experience with unit economics in consumer or marketplace businesses
- Proven ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to executive or investor audiences
