Job Summary
Partnering with business leaders, the full-time remote Finance Manager will manage financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close processes while utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and provide insightful analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the finance counterpart to department leaders, translating financial results into strategic decisions
- Prepare accurate expense reports and talking points for senior leadership, recommending next steps based on findings
- Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with changing business conditions
Required qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, with hands-on month-end close experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including accruals, prepaids, and expense recognition
- Experience using AI tools to automate finance workflows and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with ERP and planning systems, such as NetSuite and Adaptive Planning
