Finance Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Adaptive Planning platform, the full-time remote Finance Manager will manage planning cycles, maintain integrations, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with various departments to support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and enhance the Adaptive Planning model architecture and reporting tools
• Manage the annual operating plan, budget, and forecast cycles, ensuring timely execution and data integrity
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and IT to design scalable solutions that meet business requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Adaptive Planning administration and model-building, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Proficient in Adaptive reporting tools and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong knowledge of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience in building and troubleshooting integrations between Adaptive and ERP or other source systems
