Job Summary
Partnering with Regional CEOs and cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Finance Manager will support market-level financial analysis and strategic recommendations to drive membership growth and profitability in Medicare Advantage markets.
Key responsibilities
- Support market and competitive analysis by tracking Medicare Advantage enrollment, market share, and industry trends
- Assist in the annual benefit planning cycle by creating competitor intelligence reports and analyzing financial impacts
- Develop long-term financial projections to support the geographic expansion of Medicare Advantage product offerings
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related business experience
- Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
