Finance Manager, AI Transformation
Job Summary
Transforming finance through AI and automation, the full-time Finance Manager, AI Transformation will own core FP&A responsibilities, design and deploy AI-driven workflows, and enhance management reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct a gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation within the finance organization
- Own financial forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting, ensuring timely and accurate visibility into performance
- Connect systems and data to improve financial processes and establish a trusted financial data foundation
Required qualifications
- Strong foundation in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance operations, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Demonstrable experience building and deploying AI agents or workflows in a real business environment
- Recent hands-on experience using AI to automate workflows
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and automation platforms
- Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of SaaS metrics and financial reporting
