Job Summary
Leading the finance side of M&A initiatives, the full-time remote Finance Manager, Corporate Development will manage deal finance processes, coordinate capital allocation, and support financial performance tracking for newly acquired centers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deal finance including valuation, diligence, and post-close KPI setting
- Underwrite growth and maintenance projects while tracking spending against approved plans
- Provide budgeting and forecasting support for newly acquired centers and assist with performance reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of finance experience with hands-on M&A execution
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quality of earnings skills
- Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership and a board
- Preferred background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
