Finance Manager, GTM

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote Finance Manager, GTM will manage go-to-market planning, cross-functional partnerships, and unit economics analysis while leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual and long-term planning for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success across revenue, staffing, and resources
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Analytics leadership to align go-to-market spending with financial planning and investment decisions
• Build and maintain models for key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and sales productivity to guide go-to-market spending recommendations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in both data/analytics and finance/FP&A roles, with at least 2 years in GTM or SaaS planning and forecasting
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead analytical projects; people management experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with go-to-market or SaaS metrics, including pipeline and bookings
• Advanced SQL skills and strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
