Finance Manager, Healthcare Operations
Job Summary
Managing financial reporting and analysis for joint venture and management services agreement operations, the full-time Finance Manager, Healthcare Operations will oversee budgeting, coordinate implementation efforts, and identify operational improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial and operations reviews with hospital partner finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and performance analysis
- Lead the monthly reporting process and facilitate financial reviews with partners and management teams
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process for assigned partner operations and guide new joint venture implementations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and business operations
- Experience with quantitative modeling and analytical methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an expert level
