Finance Manager, Insurance
Job Summary
As a full-time remote opportunity, the Finance Manager, Insurance will manage budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the insurance division while supporting special projects related to M&A, capital, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve the company's capital structure and support balance sheet forecasting
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting for the insurance division
- Prepare analysis and materials for senior leadership, auditors, and reinsurance partners
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in reinsurance, insurance capital management, or related finance roles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of reinsurance arrangements and capital modeling skills
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis and modeling
- Knowledge of US STAT and GAAP reporting standards
