Finance Manager, Insurance
Job Summary
Supporting the insurance division, the full-time remote Finance Manager, Insurance will manage budgeting, forecasting, and analysis while leading special projects related to capital, reinsurance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze capital structure and provide recommendations for improving financial stability
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting for the insurance division, conducting financial analysis and variance reporting
- Prepare materials for senior leadership and auditors, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in reinsurance, insurance capital management, or related finance roles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of reinsurance arrangements and capital modeling
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis and process automation
- Knowledge of US STAT and GAAP reporting standards
