Job Summary
As a full-time remote Finance Manager, Insurance, the successful candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the insurance division while supporting special projects related to M&A, capital, reinsurance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the company's capital structure, providing recommendations for improved financial stability and efficiency
- Support the annual budget and conduct financial analysis, including variance reporting on performance and profitability
- Prepare analysis and materials for senior leadership and external partners, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in reinsurance, insurance capital management, or related finance roles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of reinsurance arrangements and capital modeling skills
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis and modeling
- Knowledge of US STAT and GAAP reporting standards
