Job Summary
To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Finance Manager, M&A will analyze financial statements, lead due diligence processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize acquisition strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze target financial statements and operational data to build valuation models and inform acquisition recommendations
- Participate in financial due diligence calls and management meetings to assess risks and opportunities associated with deals
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and deal team leaders on due diligence workflows to ensure efficient acquisition processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or corporate finance roles with M&A exposure
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and company valuation principles
- Experience in the financial services industry or familiarity with the independent RIA landscape is a plus
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel
