Finance Manager Medicaid Operations

Job Summary

To drive the affordability strategy for the nation's largest Medicare Advantage plan, the full-time remote Finance Manager Medicaid Operations will manage business planning, reporting, and analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance consumer and provider experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitates execution of Payment Integrity affordability strategy and tracks progress against value plans
• Maintains relationships with key partners to identify opportunities and implement affordability solutions
• Develops and monitors performance expectations for affordability programs, ensuring continuous improvement and risk mitigation

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of healthcare or related industry experience
• 3+ years of business operations and execution experience in large, matrix organizations
• Operational experience with clinical and business service workflows
• Database management and data analytics capabilities with large datasets
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 suite
