Job Summary
Leading the monthly enterprise forecast process, the full-time salaried Finance Manager, Planning & Analysis will manage financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis while applying AI and automation to enhance finance processes, working in a hybrid environment based in Happauge, NY.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the monthly enterprise forecast process, ensuring quality checks and preparation of forecast outputs
- Own the financial consolidation and management reporting processes, delivering accurate and timely enterprise reporting
- Contribute to financial reporting packages for executive leadership and private equity sponsors, ensuring completeness and consistency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or accounting
- Demonstrated ownership of financial consolidation and forecasting processes in a complex organization
- Experience preparing financial reporting packages for executive leadership and Boards of Directors
- Strong understanding of financial statements and variance analysis
