Finance Manager, Sales & GTM
Job Summary
To support a growing finance team, the full-time Finance Manager, Sales & GTM will build and maintain pipeline analytics, provide pricing guidance, and analyze marketing ROI in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain pipeline analytics and revenue projection models for sales and executive leadership
- Partner with the sales team to provide pricing guidance and support on complex deals
- Analyze ROI on marketing spend to inform budget allocation across channels
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets modeling and experience with CRM systems and BI tools
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to translate data into clear recommendations
- Comfort driving ambiguous initiatives to completion with minimal supervision
- Successful completion of a background check
