Finance Manager - Strategy
Job Summary
To support strategic financial initiatives, the full-time Finance Manager - Strategy will develop advanced financial models and business cases, leveraging healthcare data to inform decision-making in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate new programs and strategic initiatives
- Integrate and analyze healthcare data from Epic and other systems to support financial analyses
- Streamline financial workflows and enhance reporting efficiency through continuous improvement practices
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, accounting, finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5-10 years of healthcare industry experience with a focus on finance and analytics
- Expert knowledge of healthcare delivery operations and analytics, including reimbursement methodologies
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Familiarity with healthcare information standards and coding systems, including ICD9/10 and CPT codes
