Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial and operations reviews, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of key performance drivers
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting and reviews with hospital partners and management
- Coordinate annual budgeting processes for assigned partner operations with varying fiscal year-ends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare finance
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and business operations
- Experience with quantitative modeling and analytical methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an expert level
