Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare managed service organization, the full-time salaried Finance Manager in Texas will manage financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting for assigned joint venture and management services agreement operations while collaborating closely with hospital partners and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial and operations reviews with hospital partner finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and performance analysis
- Lead the monthly reporting process and facilitate financial reviews with partners and management
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process for assigned operations and guide new partners in finance-related implementations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare finance
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and quantitative modeling techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an expert level
- Experience with FP&A software is a significant plus
