Finance Manager, Texas Licensed
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare managed service organization, the full-time Finance Manager, Texas Licensed will manage financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting for assigned JV and MSA emergency/urgent care facility operations while working onsite in Plano, Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial and operations reviews, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of key performance drivers
- Lead monthly reporting and financial reviews with hospital partners and management teams
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process for assigned partner operations and guide new joint venture implementations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare finance
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and their relationships to business operations
- Experience with quantitative modeling and analytical methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an expert level
