Finance Manager, Texas Licensed

Job Summary

To support nationwide expansion, the full-time Finance Manager, Texas Licensed, will manage financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting for assigned joint venture and management services agreement operations while collaborating closely with hospital partners and the corporate finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operations reviews, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of key performance drivers
• Manage monthly reporting and lead financial reviews with hospital partners and internal management
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and implement finance-related efforts for new joint venture partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare finance
• Demonstrable knowledge of financial statements and their business implications
• Experience with quantitative modeling and financial forecasting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an expert level
