Finance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the growth and financial performance of RoadieXD, the remote Finance Operations Analyst will manage billing, accounts payable, month-end close, forecasting, and financial analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Review billing data for accuracy and completeness, investigating discrepancies between operational data and financial results
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accrual preparation, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Analyze key operating metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools, such as Oracle Cloud, AWS QuickSight, and SQL/Redash
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills, including experience with large datasets
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and drive projects to completion
