Finance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a 10-month contract, the Finance Operations Analyst will manage card brand expense processes, including monthly invoicing, accruals, and expense reporting while ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Download and load invoices into the SQL Data Warehouse, maintaining records on the team SharePoint site
• Create and submit quarterly card brand reporting and perform monthly reconciliations of expenses to the P&L
• Identify billing anomalies and variances, providing insights and recommendations for expense management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance or card scheme operations
• Proficiency in creating and running SQL queries
• Experience managing a financial close process
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and process improvement
• Positive attitude with a focus on solution-oriented approaches
