Finance Operations Director

Job Summary

Providing overall leadership in Financial Operations, the full-time Market Director-Finance will create budgets, conduct variance analysis, and enhance financial performance across multiple locations while working remotely with occasional onsite requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of budgets and perform variance analysis for financial operations
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving financial performance across divisional entities
• Coordinate with system functional teams and provide oversight in a matrix environment across various locations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required
• Master's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is required
• 5 years of leadership experience is required
