Finance Operations Executive
Job Summary
Leading global finance operations, the full-time Head of Finance Operations will manage a team of over 30 professionals across 15 countries, overseeing accounting, financial controls, regulatory reporting, and strategic financial evaluations in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee accounting, month-end close, financial controls, and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with regional C-suite on business strategy, capital planning, and investor relations
- Establish internal controls and risk frameworks for both digital assets and conventional banking flows
Required qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services
- Deep technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP; CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of global financial regulations and cryptocurrency markets
- Experience with financial systems and automation tools, such as Oracle NetSuite
