Finance Operations Lead

Job Summary

Owning the revenue operations and financial reporting processes, the full-time Finance Operations Lead will manage internal systems, establish forecasting and reporting cadences, and collaborate closely with sales leadership in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the revenue operating rhythm, including weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting for leadership
• Manage HubSpot and Stripe as the system of record, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Serve as the primary resource for financial inquiries, providing self-serve dashboards and documentation for the team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance Operations at B2B SaaS companies
• Expert-level skills in HubSpot and Stripe, including subscription and usage-based billing
• Proven track record of building forecasting, planning, and financial reporting used by leadership
• Working knowledge of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition fundamentals
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
