Finance Operations Lead

Job Summary

Serving as team lead, the full-time remote Finance Operations Lead will optimize data and analytic processes to support the negotiation and management of contracts with health insurance plans, while independently leading complex financial analyses and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the optimization of data and analytic processes for the Payer Contracting group, ensuring timely and quality analyses
• Conduct complex financial analyses and develop strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making
• Mentor and oversee the professional development of analytic staff, while managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Policy/Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of healthcare financial analysis, budgeting, or financial management experience
• Experience in managed care or hospital reimbursement, including complex reimbursement methodologies
• 3+ years of experience using Alteryx for advanced data analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• 2+ years of experience leading projects that influence strategic direction and decision-making
