Finance Operations Lead

Job Summary

To bridge the gap between Finance and Technology, the full-time hybrid Finance Operations Lead will set direction, translate business goals into scalable systems, and drive delivery across Finance, MIS, BI, PMO, and Product/Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into testable requirements covering finance processes and their impacts
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing priorities and dependencies while ensuring quality outcomes
• Improve financial processes by automating calculations, reconciliations, and approvals to reduce manual work

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Finance Systems, Accounting, or Finance Transformation, with at least 2-3 years in cross-functional program leadership
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, billing, procurement, and analytics platforms, including data flow between systems
• Proficient in quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay processes, and core accounting, including revenue recognition
• Advanced Excel skills and SQL proficiency for data investigation and reconciliation
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with measurable improvements in efficiency and accuracy
