Job Summary
Leading back-office finance programs, the full-time remote Finance Operations Manager will oversee finance processes, systems, and controls, ensuring operational accuracy and compliance while managing month-end close activities and driving system enhancements.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage Finance Operations activities supporting billing, Accounts Receivable, revenue recognition, and reporting
- Oversee month-end close activities for Oracle ERP, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead Oracle ERP enhancements and serve as the functional and technical Finance Operations lead
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Finance Operations or back-office accounting, including team leadership
- Hands-on functional and technical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition for SaaS and subscription services
- Proven ability to translate finance requirements into scalable system designs and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute for degree
