Finance Program Instructor
Job Summary
To support the Business Career Program, the part-time Finance Program Instructor will teach various finance-related courses, prepare lesson plans, and evaluate student progress while managing up to 27.5 hours of instruction per week, with a combination of onsite and remote teaching.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver in-class instruction using approved curriculum for finance courses
- Evaluate and monitor student progress through assessments and provide academic advising
- Organize and lead field outings for student enrichment and contribute to program improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- At least two years of related work experience or specialized training in finance if the degree is not directly related
- Experience in teaching or instructional roles is preferred
- Ability to facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL) in a classroom setting
- Commitment to professional development and staying informed on teaching advancements
