Finance Program Instructor
Job Summary
Teaching a variety of finance-related courses, the part-time hourly Finance Program Instructor will prepare lesson plans, deliver lectures, and evaluate student progress while working both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons on topics such as Risk Management and Financial Statement Analysis
- Facilitate Project-Based Learning and organize field outings for student enrichment
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining records for Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- At least two years of related work experience or specialized training in finance if the degree is not directly related
- Ability to engage students through various teaching methods and assessments
- Commitment to professional development and program improvement
- Experience with academic advising to support student growth and retention
