Job Summary

Supporting accurate financial operations, the full-time Finance Representative I will process and post payments, review account information, and collaborate with teams to ensure timely patient account management, with a hybrid work schedule after training.

Key responsibilities

• Process, post, and balance payments to accounts accurately and timely
• Review account and payment information, applying necessary adjustments and updates
• Investigate refund requests and support electronic payment posting and transaction research

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0+ years of related work experience; no directly related experience required
• Comfort with payer, insurance, account, and payment concepts
• Ability to organize work across queues, priorities, and deadlines
• Experience using Excel and working with detailed financial or account information preferred
