Finance Representative II

Job Summary

To support accurate and timely reimbursement for hospital services, the full-time Finance Representative II will review patient claims, follow up on billing accounts, and collaborate with partners across the revenue cycle in a day shift role.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient claims and account activity to ensure compliance with payer-specific billing requirements
• Follow up on billing, outstanding accounts, and necessary adjustments while maintaining accurate account information
• Coordinate with Patient Financial Services and other departments to resolve billing questions and enhance account outcomes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations is preferred
• Familiarity with hospital billing or insurance follow-up processes
• Experience using Epic or another healthcare billing platform is advantageous
