Job Summary
Partnering with the North America Leadership Team, the full-time salaried Regional Finance Senior Director will drive profitable growth and operational excellence through financial leadership in planning, forecasting, and performance management, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the lead finance partner to the North America Leadership Team, providing financial insight and strategic challenge
- Drive accountability for financial performance across the region, including annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred
- Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACA, ACCA) and/or MBA preferred
- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders in a complex multinational environment
- Experience within healthcare, logistics, pharmaceutical, or supply chain industries preferred
