Job Summary
Supporting the department's business processes, the full-time hourly Finance Shared Services Specialist will manage data entry, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure effective communication with internal customers.
Key responsibilities
- Complete daily departmental tasks and audit work for integrity, resolving discrepancies as needed
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal customers to meet their requirements consistently
- Participate in the development and measurement of projects, focusing on continuous improvement in customer service quality and efficiency
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred
- Experience in a shared services environment and/or process improvement preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software preferred
