Finance Site Liaison Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of finance professionals, the full-time Finance Site Liaison Manager will manage accounting deliverables, oversee the overhead ledger, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Directs and develops the Site Liaison Finance team, providing coaching and oversight of accounting activities
• Manages the accounting and financial management of the overhead ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Oversees month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring deadlines are consistently met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Significant accounting leadership experience at the Controller level or equivalent
• Strong expertise in general ledger management and month-end close processes
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a working manager while leading and developing a team
