Job Summary

To support the integration of newly acquired facilities, the full-time Finance Site Liaison Manager will manage financial oversight and collaboration with hospital leadership, ensuring accurate financial reporting and successful transition activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned hospital facilities, facilitating communication between facility leadership and finance teams
• Support financial integration projects, including data validation, reconciliation reviews, and preparation for transitions to new accounting systems
• Coordinate the month-end close process, ensuring timely completion of financial reporting and analysis for assigned facilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare financial operations or complex accounting environments
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
• Experience analyzing financial statements and identifying variances
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial reporting/accounting systems
