Finance Site Liaison Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the integration of newly acquired Scion Health facilities, the full-time Finance Site Liaison Manager will manage financial oversight, collaborate with hospital leadership, and ensure accurate financial reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner and point of contact for assigned hospital facilities, facilitating communication between facility leadership and finance teams
• Support the financial integration project by validating accounting data, reviewing reconciliations, and preparing for the transition to Oracle
• Analyze financial statements and coordinate the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare financial operations or complex accounting environments
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting/accounting systems
• Experience analyzing profit and loss statements and balance sheets
