Finance & Strategy Manager
Job Summary
Partnering with business leaders, the full-time remote Finance & Strategy Manager will build financial models, evaluate commercial agreements, and support strategic decisions while leveraging SQL and AI tools to enhance analysis and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrated financial models and conduct scenario analyses for new products and partnerships
- Evaluate the economics of commercial agreements and assist in shaping deal terms with business leaders
- Lead monthly and quarterly reviews of actuals versus plans, explaining variances and identifying risks and opportunities
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategic finance, or FP&A
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement models and DCF analysis
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement connections
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with AI tools for automation
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Math, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline
