Finance & Strategy Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Finance & Strategy Manager, the successful candidate will partner with business leaders to analyze performance, build financial models, and provide strategic recommendations, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated financial models and conduct scenario analyses for new products and partnerships
• Evaluate new commercial agreements and support fundraising, M&A, and capital allocation decisions
• Lead monthly and quarterly reviews of actuals versus plans, explaining variances and identifying risks and opportunities

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategic finance, or FP&A
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement models and DCF analysis
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and the interconnections of financial statements
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with AI tools for automating reporting
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
