Finance Support Specialist
Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting clients using Provet veterinary practice management software, the fully remote Finance Support Specialist will manage finance-related inquiries such as invoicing, payments, and accounting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main support contact, providing efficient and high-quality assistance to meet service level targets
- Build strong relationships with customers and resolve escalated or complex cases effectively
- Support customers with finance-related setups in Provet, including invoicing, VAT/tax settings, and financial reporting
Required qualifications
- Background in finance, accounting, or payments through education or work experience
- Experience in customer support within a B2B SaaS environment; experience in healthcare or veterinary software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience working in an international company
