Finance Systems Lead
Job Summary
Owning the finance systems stack in a remote full-time capacity, the Finance Systems Lead will manage NetSuite operations, integrations, and system implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and controls.
Key responsibilities
- Run NetSuite end to end, including multi-subsidiary setup, scripting, and release management
- Own the integration layer with systems like Stripe and Ramp, ensuring seamless month-end reconciliations
- Lead the selection and rollout of new financial systems and automations, contributing to finance decisions on pricing models and audit readiness
Required qualifications
- Experience administering a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL and saved searches
- Proven track record of owning an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end
- Strong integration skills using iPaaS or code, with proficiency in SQL
- Understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes and related controls
- Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation and financial process improvements
