Job Summary
Managing critical financial technology systems, the full-time salaried Finance Systems Manager will implement and maintain finance-related systems, develop internal processes, and support strategic initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain finance systems including Sage ERP, Jira, and low-code software platforms
- Develop dashboards and tools to optimize workload management across the Finance Systems Team
- Supervise a small support team while ensuring adherence to best practices and managing business process transformation initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technology help desk and software development
- 3+ years of experience in the non-profit sector, government, or start-up environments
- 3+ years of Lean Agile or business process transformation experience
