Finance Systems Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Finance Systems team, the full-time remote Finance Systems Manager will manage the administration and configuration of the Netsuite ERP system, provide user support, and lead finance transformation projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Netsuite ERP system, including user support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
• Manage finance transformation projects related to the order to cash cycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Create and develop dashboards and reports using Netsuite and Grafana to provide actionable insights for finance needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience as a Finance System Administrator with Netsuite and financial systems tools
• Hands-on IT support experience, including troubleshooting functional and technical issues
• Experience with data migration, mapping, and integration within Netsuite, particularly with Advanced Revenue Management
• Knowledge of IT General Controls and experience in SOC, ISO, and SOX compliant environments
