Finance Systems Operations Manager
Job Summary
Partnering with Finance leadership, the full-time remote Sr. Manager, Finance Systems Operations will optimize financial data structures and systems, manage reporting and analytics capabilities, and enhance tools such as Workday and Adaptive Planning to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate financial data into actionable insights by developing custom reports and dashboards in Workday and Adaptive Planning
- Lead projects to assess and enhance existing financial platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and implementing approved system improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide training for finance systems users
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience with ERP and budgeting/planning systems, particularly Workday Financials
- Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tools, including report and dashboard creation
- Strong understanding of finance principles and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable objectives
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects independently from concept to completion
