Finance Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support Finance recruiting efforts, the full-time Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for Finance positions, partnering with Finance leaders and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience, while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Finance positions, from intake through offer and close
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates through various channels
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, specifically in Finance recruiting
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting functions and associated talent profiles
• Proven sourcing skills for passive and hard-to-find candidates
• Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, or AI environments preferred
• Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Rippling
